Dr. Jill Harrison

Doctor

Dr. Jill Harrison grew up in Windham, NH and attended Salem High School before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Brown University. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was one of twelve members of her class to be elected to the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. Dr. Harrison completed a General Practice Residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and worked in private practice there before returning to New Hampshire in 2015.

Her motto, “Creating Healthy Smiles through Science and Art” embodies Dr. Harrison’s vision for Harrison Dental Arts. She bases her recommendations on evidence and science, but her passion is the artistic components of dentistry which bring those recommendations to life. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is seeing how even small changes in someone’s smile can affect how they feel about themselves and can boost their self-confidence.

Dr. Harrison performs all aspects of general dentistry including crowns and bridges, implant restorations, fillings, bonding, veneers, whitening, Invisalign®, and more. She is also experienced in more complex full mouth rehabilitations and cosmetic cases. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and is committed to improving her skills through a wide variety of continuing education classes, including Spear Education® seminars and study clubs.

Outside of the office Dr. Harrison likes being active and enjoys hiking in the White Mountains – she’s slowly trying to summit all of NH’s 4000 footers, as well as skiing, biking, and running. She also enjoys cooking (and eating!), trying out all the restaurants in the Portsmouth area, and then relaxing by reading or watching the New England Patriots.
